The subsections are divided into every semester the student has taken classes.

The subsections start by listing the name of the semester and year. Below are the courses taken that semester, with their respective course codes, names, number of credits, and final grade.
At the end of every subsection, the “ses” row will indicate a summary of the courses taken on that semester or session, and the “cum” row will indicate a summary of all the cumulative courses taken, which considers all courses taken so far by the student.
