1. Enrollment Counselors Directory Information

 
 
Enrollment Counselors serve all prospective students and can assist anyone who doesn't have a mentor to provide them with information about the programs offered through BYU-Pathway Worldwide. Enrollment Counselors can answer general questions about the program and application, they are NOT advisors so when it comes to questions about degree planners and adding courses, they will not be able to help. 
 
 
Enrollment Counselors’ main objective is to get students through the application and onto registration. We work with required actions that notify our enrollment counselors if a student is sitting in the application. In addition, there are other ways a prospective student or a student without a mentor can reach an enrollment counselor.

Submitting a Request on the Help Page (recommended)

Students can submit a request to be contacted on the help page at byupathway.edu: byupathway.edu/student-support

When students click "Submit Request" under "Enrollment Help" they will be brought to a form where they can request an enrollment counselor to reach out to them during a time that would work best for them.

 

The Help Guide Bot

A prospective student can also use the guide bot to submit a request. The prospective student can click through the following prompts to have their information sent to an enrollment counselor and be contacted within 1-2 business days.

Enrollment Email 

Another channel students can reach an enrollment counselor through is the enrollment email:  enrollment@byupathway.org - The response time could still be around 1 business day depending on traffic. We recommend submitting a request to have an enrollment counselor reach out through the help page or the bot, but this email is available for those that feel they need it.

 

 

 

Enrollment Counselor Concern Form 

The Enrollment Counselor Concern form is a way for prospective students, students, employees, missionaries, ACMs, etc to communicate concerns about an enrollment counseling interaction. We value feedback on how our ECs our performing.  When a form is submitted, it is sent to EC leadership and the customer should receive an acknowledgment of the feedback within 24 hours.
