Every year, Financial Services have to clear all accounts even if there is an outstanding balance. "Bad Debt" refers to this cleared balance on a student's account. If you need to have their bad debt reinstated in order to matriculate to the Online Certificate and Degree program.

The BYU Pathway Support Center has no control over debts before 2014. If you have debt from 2014 or before you can still apply in the PathwayConnect system without paying old system debt. However, when you apply to the Online Degree system, you will have to take those debts up with BYU-Idaho. |
